Jeep Cherokee KM

America's original influencer returns for its sixth generation. The all-new Jeep Cherokee promises to influence its owners to get up and go out for more with new ways to get them hooked on touring.

Starting at $35,000 plus additional costs, the all-new Jeep Cherokee wants its followers not to call it a comeback because having come back from its two-year hiatus, this full model change is all about regaining traction from its fans since the previous KL model.

Although distinctively crossover from top to bottom, the all-new Cherokee sports a squarish styling that harks back to the GOAT of the Cherokee lineage, the XJ model, but with a more modern take to comply with the new normal. This model is all about moving forward and remembering the classics at the same time.

Step inside, it's business as usual for the all-new Cherokee. On the driver's side, it features a new 12.3-inch touchscreen with Uconnect service and smartphone connectivity, an available digital rear view mirror, a wireless charging pad, and others. As for spacing, the all-new Cherokee has up to 68.3 cubic feet with the second-row seats folded down, more than enough for almost different situation, from business to pleasure. It even comes with the available Foot Activated Liftgate for added convenience.

The new model excels in convenience; however, its performance has some drawbacks. The Cherokee KM is exclusively equipped with a 1.6L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid powertrain, paired only with a continuously variable transmission (CVT). This combination delivers 210 horsepower, achieves 37 miles per gallon combined, offers a driving range of 500 miles, and provides a towing capacity of up to 3,500 pounds. On the upshot, the all-new Cherokee, like all good Jeeps, has 4x4 as standard, giving it all-weather capability even on tarmac, gravel, or snow.

For safety, the all-new Cherokee is packed with numerous safety features such as a 360-degree surround view camera, Full Speed Forward Collision Warning Plus, Blind Spot Monitoring with Rear Cross Path Detection, Intersection Collision Assist, Adaptive Cruise Control, and Driver Drowsiness Detection, among others.

The all-new sixth-generation Cherokee may not surpass its predecessors, but it still embodies the true Cherokee spirit, encouraging its owners to venture outdoors. It aims to compete strongly against its Asian rivals, setting its sights on them. Ultimately, it remains America’s original influencer.

F1 2025: MSC Cruises Gran Premio de Sao Paulo

Interlagos is the next stop of the F1 75th anniversary celebrations with the MSC Cruises Gran Premio de São Paulo. From Lando Norris's sprint win to Max Verstappen's disaster that caused him to start at the pit lane, this race is a real table-turner as the climax draws near.

This race is never without chaos, and the restart mess cost Gabriel Bortoleto his race on home turf, while Oscar Piastri received a ten-second penalty.

Amid the chaos, Lando Norris kept his cool as he surged his way towards victory lane. However, the biggest surprise is Max Verstappen's herculean feat. He started from the pit line but finished second. Another shocker in Interlagos: Andrea Kimi Antonelli's first podium, third place. Other finishers include George Russell, Oscar Piastri, Ollie Bearman, Liam Lawson, Isack Hadjar, Nico Hulkenberg, and Pierre Gasly.

Post-Interlagos, Norris is now 36 points ahead of Piastri, 390 vs 366. Verstappen is in third with 341 points. The results are too close to call.

The next race is the Heineken Las Vegas Grand Prix this November 22, 2025.

Volkswagen T-Roc A2

The Volkswagen T-Roc compact crossover is now on its second generation, and this latest version wants to pick fights with the Asians in its class. The question is, can it?

2026 Volkswagen T-Roc

The second-generation Volkswagen T-Roc starts at 30,845 Euros plus additional costs. Although being the most expensive of Volkswagen's fleet of compact crossovers, comprising the Taigo and the T-Cross, it's more affordable than one of its Asian rivals, the Honda ZR-V. A real bargain of the season.

Starting with the design, the all-new T-Roc incorporates Volkswagen's latest design language, which was first introduced in their ID series of electric vehicles, such as the ID.3. However, the side profile might remind you of a Lotus Eletre. It adheres to the typical European crossover styling. The interior follows suit, featuring a driver's side filled with familiar technology that you would also find in its larger siblings, the Tiguan and the Tayron. Asked about space, the improved dimensions made it slightly more spacious than the previous T-Roc, with 475 litres with the rear seats in place, up to 1350 litres with the passenger seats folded down.

Unfortunately, despite being built on the MQB evo platform that offers slightly better performance than the previous T-Roc model, it is only available in a front-wheel-drive configuration. This limits its use to city-related activities such as visiting thrift shops, touring with friends, delivering goods, and providing transportation services in cities like Berlin and Frankfurt.

The T-Roc is equipped solely with a 1.5L eTSi engine that features mild hybrid technology, paired with a seven-speed DSG transmission. The most powerful variant delivers 150 PS, allowing the T-Roc to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.9 seconds and reach a top speed of 212 km/h. In comparison, the Honda ZR-V can only achieve a top speed of 180 km/h.

Similar to its larger counterparts, the T-Roc is equipped with a variety of safety features. These include a lane change assist system, autonomous emergency braking, a lane keeping assist system, a rearview camera, a dynamic road sign display, and an optional Park Assist Pro with remote parking capabilities.

The second-generation T-Roc may have looks that could make you mistake it for a Lotus Eletre, with functionality similar to today's Volkswagen models and front-wheel-drive capability. You could call it vanilla, but with such spaciousness, the all-new T-Roc still exhibits common sense.

Available Colors: Canary Yellow, Pure White, Canary Yellow Schwarz, Pure White Schwarz, Celestial Blue Metallic, Flame Red Metallic, Grenadillschwarz Metallic, Wolf Grey Metallic, Celestial Blue Metallic Schwarz, Flame Red Metallic Schwarz, and Wolf Grey Metallic Schwarz.

The 2025 Gran Turismo World Series continues at the Orpheum Theater in Los Angeles for its third round. Before the race, the first-ever Gran Turismo Fest took place, bringing together car enthusiasts who showcased their vehicles and passion for the Gran Turismo series.

This round also brought exciting news from the world of Gran Turismo: the first-ever Polestar 5 luxury electric saloon is set to be included in Gran Turismo's Spec III update. Unveiled two months ago, the Polestar 5 is the production version of the Precept Concept. In its full-spec Performance variant, the vehicle's twin-motor electric drivetrain produces an impressive 884 PS of power and 650 Nm of torque, making it the most powerful Polestar model currently available. It can accelerate from 0 to 100 kph in just 3.2 seconds, with a limited top speed of 250 kph. Gran Turismo 7 is the second game to feature the Polestar brand, but the Polestar 5 will be exclusive to the Gran Turismo series.
