The Jeep - Call of Duty Black Ops Collaboration vehicle

Just moments before the latest Call of Duty game, Call of Duty Black Ops, comes out in stores this November, I never noticed that Chrysler Group, LLC and Activision prepped up a collaboration car made for Jeep enthusiasts and seasoned Call of Duty players alike.

This special edition Jeep Wrangler Call of Duty Black Ops edition was made just for the fans of the hit shooter game that was a sensational hit worldwide.

I read that info on that site:

This is cool! This special Wrangler will be the epitome among Call of Duty nerds everywhere! Never realized that macho and geek combined into one unique package!

Again, What's an EGOIST?!

Yesterday, Nissan launched the redesigned and level-upped R35 GT-R, which will be expected to be sold in Japan this November and soon in other countries, and how this upgraded VR engine stack up against the likes of the Lexus LFA coming soon.

Today, my mind gets me upon witnessing the newest addition of the GT-R R35 lineup, which consists in regular and Spec V. Just what in the JDM world is the GT-R EGOIST?

Following the launch of the R35 GTR minor change, this new addition, the GT-R Egoist, can be the most luxurious version of the Nissan GT-R lineup. Today, I am going to write my first impressions about the GT-R Egoist.

Formerly this car would have been called the Spec M, due to the past about the R34 Skyline GT-R M-Spec, but the Egoist name is just a perfect fit to name this luxurious version of the King of Japanese sports cars. Now onto the details, the GT-R Egoist is somewhat identical to the GT-R Spec V in terms of performance but here's a quick surprise about the GT-R Egoist.

The EGOIST has choice of over 20 interior color combinations that can be a similarity to the Lexus LS' L-Select interior customization. Those interior combinations felt like I've been eating various ice cream flavors while taking a joyride with the GT-R.

The brown interior in the GT-R Egoist really tastes like Coffee-flavored ice cream. Yum!

Orange-colored seats on the GT-R Egoist kinda gets more of an Orange Juice. In other words, when I seat here, it felt like I'm drinking orange juice.

But the most eccentric color combination for the GT-R Egoist is:

PINK! Pink-colored seats can be an oddity for the R35 GT-R Egoist. I mean who would order the GT-R Egoist with that kind of interior color? Pink with the black/red dashboard? Not that type for a hardcore car enthusiast but I bet only a woman can drive that car with that kind of interior.

Those 20 interior combinations can be more like the flight stewardesses saying "Coffee, tea, orange juice" all the time. The main question is, if you have the chance to buy the GT-R Egoist, which interior combination do you want? Some like it brown, some like it white, some like it coffee, and few like it pink. But everything's OK because this is an exclusive Egoist treat you will never forget.

For a trivia, the Egoist interior were made possible by Seton Company, Inc., in Muelheim, Germany, a company specializes in leather. Take note that the Wajima Lacquer badging for the GT-R was made possible by the renowned Japanese lacquer craftsman, Sakae Kubota.

Needless to say that this Egoist carries every single world-class detail from world-class people.

In Japan, when if its on sale this November, there are eccentric dealer options available for the GT-R Egoist, such as the Tote Bag (with a choice of brown or white) and a racing suit hanger to hang your clothes.

The Egoist is the best GT-R variant for those who want to customize the GT-R's interior the way they want the same was as what they did on the Lexus LS' L-Select program. It's so sweet, that the interior color can be mixed and matched depending on your type. Do you think someone would go for the GT-R Egoist with the pink interior? I think so, but there are other interior combinations offered to give out its "coffee, tea, orange juice" experience for the wealthy.

Now all we need is some in-flight meal to enjoy ourselves.

Nissan R35 GT-R and GT-R Spec V Facelift and GT-R Egoist

Since 2007, the return of the mythological beast, the GT-R, was a legendary success and proves that this mythological king of monster sports cars, as legendary as Godzilla, is the stuff of legend. With the introduction of the Lexus LFA, time for Nissan to do some drastic changes around this mythological machine.

2011/2012 Nissan GT-R R35

What you see now is the upgraded version of the R35 GT-R, or in JDM terms, a Kouki R35 GT-R, armed with the modest upgrades offered for those who want to witness the reborn power of the Kouki R35 GT-R. For over three years, commanding and conquering the deadly corners of the Nurburgring, the Shutokou, hot desert roads, world-class racetracks, and city streets, nothing matches up to the power of the legendary king of Japanese sports cars. Today's minor change for the R35 GT-R is now armed with the upgraded VR38 engine. Previously, this turbocharged V6 engine has a power output of 485 PS, now this engine received an upgraded power output of a whopping 530 PS. Sadly, that is 30 PS less than the Lexus LFA's 1LR-GUE engine, but the twin-turbo capability of the Nissan GT-R makes it an advantage to outperform the Lexus LFA. Expect these two Japanese street kings come clashing on the Shutokou! I cannot judge which of these two will reign supreme as the fiercest Japanese sports car of the decade.

There are changes to the performance enhancing features for the new R35 GT-R. If you notice something on the three Setup switches, one of them got the change. Check the first switch, you will notice that Snow has been renamed into Save. The Save mode provides this supercar an efficiency of a normal sports car, perfect for the city roads. As you may now, every sporty details on the GT-R such as the ATTESA E-TS, GR6 Dual Clutch Transmission, Run-flat tires, Multi-Function Meter, Combination meter, USB Data Logger, and every other GT-R equipment are always welcomed to beef up this mythological beast.

The Spec V

2011/2012 Nissan GT-R R35 Spec V

If the regular GT-R does not suit your demands as the king of the road, a high-performance variant of the R35 GT-R, the GT-R Spec V's got your back. The Spec V features a high-geared boost, Carbon Ceramic Brake, Carbon Bucket Seats, and every Spec V exclusive privileges offered to make the asphalt suffer, not your overall enthusiasm.

The GT-R Egoist

2011/2012 Nissan GT-R R35 Egoist interior

Originally, they would have to call it the Spec M, but the Egoist name sounds perfect to be the luxurious version of the R35 GT-R. Armed with the light-colored Nappa leather (and some interior color combination of your choice), BOSE Precision Sound System, Fabric Floor Carpet, and every luxurious detail, rest assured that the GT-R Egoist will always show that there is beaut outside of battle. Just a reminder, there's a leather cleaner and wiping cloth included on the GT-R Egoist, just to keep the beautiful Egoist interior fresh and clean.

My thoughts about the GT-R:

The normal GT-R is built for balanced manner, the GT-R Spec V is armed to be fierce and deadly, and the GT-R Egoist is built as a gentle-mannered sports car. Those three types are the stuff of legend offered by the legendary Japanese automaker behind the legendary GT-R nameplate. I got to admit it that this latest minor facelift really got us drooling for more because we just want to get our JDM hands on this legendary myth that became a sensational from the rest of the world. Oh, and FYI, Richard Gutierrez drove one until he faces a car accident and some raps from the public about the said accident that got him messed up.

The best GT-R variant is always the Spec V because of the performance-enhancing features only this GT-R has to offer. With its reborn power, can the facelifted GT-R stack up against the Lexus LFA?!

Kore ga R35 GT-R ni sugoii wake ga nai! That's Japanese for this R35 GT-R can't be this cool.

My Bisei-Tokei user impression

A few months ago, I purchased some kind of a cool iPod Touch/iPhone app that find others very appealing. It's called Bisei-Tokei. If someone doesn't know what Bisei-Tokei is, this app is made from Bijin-Tokei, the clock app featuring photos of beautiful women showing up what time it is.

Bisei-Tokei is a Bijin-Tokei app showing up one of the most popular female seiyuus from anime shows and video games.

It includes:

1) Ai Nonaka (Konoka Konoe from Mahou Sensei Negima, Binchou-tan from Binchou-tan)

2) Yui Kano (Momoko from Sumomomo Momomo)

3) Akemi Kanda (Asuna Kagurazaka from Mahou Sensei Negima)

4) Ryo Hirohashi (Sora from Kaleido Star)

5) Masumi Asano (Saga from Sugar A Little Snow Fairy, Hakufu from Ikki Tousen series, Oboro Kashiwagi from Zettai Karen Children)

6) Tomoko Kaneda (Chiyo from Azumanga Daioh)

7) Satomi Sato (Ritsu Tainaka from K-On!)

8) Houko Kuwashima (Mei Ling from Metal Gear Solid 4 Guns of the Patriots)

9)  Mai Aizawa (Natsumi Murakami from Mahou Sensei Negima, Ayano from Lucky Star)

10) Yuka Saito (Chizuru Akaba from Seitokai no Ichizon)

11) Ryoko Shiraishi (Hayate Ayasaki from Hayate the Combat Butler, Aoi Nogami from Zettai Karen Children)

12) Kanae Ito (Amu Hinamori from Shugo Chara series, Ruiko Saten from To Aru Kagaku no Railgun)

My favorite seiyuus from the Bisei-Tokei app were Ryoko Shiraishi, Kanae Ito, Akemi Kanda, and Ai Nonaka. If my Bisei-Tokei app is on and if I saw a photo of Ryoko Shiraishi holding what time it is, I can often hear Hayate's voice. When a photo of Kanae Ito shows up, her voice is kinda bored, her voice kinda looks like she's bored. I really really like it.

My least favorite on this app were Ryo Hirohashi and Tomoko Kaneda. Why? Every time a photo of Ryo Hirohashi shows up, I didn't realize how loud and how quick her time-mentioning looks like. If my iPod clock is on 3:25 - 3:29 PM and if the Bisei-tokei app is on, I would probably seeing a photo of Tomoko Kaneda look like this:

At sight I though this was some kind of a "Human Bottle". Yep. A "Human Bottle" with a "squeaky voice" so weird, I might tell others that who's this.

Did you know that I also bought the second half of the Bisei-Tokei app, called Bisei Tokei 2. It features another female seiyuus such as:

1) Rie Tanaka (Maria from Hayate the Combat Butler)

2) Chiaki Takahashi (Azusa Miura from THE IDOLM@STER)

3) Asami Imai (Chihaya Kisaragi from THE IDOLM@STER)

4) Yuko Goto (Mikuru Asahina from Haruhi Suzumiya series)

5) Saori Goto (Chitose from Galaxy Angel)

6) Ami Koshimizu (Nodoka Haramura from Saki)

7) Yuuko Kaida  (Shimei Ryomou form Ikki Tousen series)

8) Hiromi Konno (Akira Kogami from Lucky Star)

9) Marina Inoue (Yoko from Gurren Lagann, Shigeru Kanmuri from Yakitate! Japan, Wataru Tachibana from Hayate the Combat Butler)

10) Ayumi Fujimura (Naomi Umegae from Zettai Karen Children, Misaki Ayuzawa from Maid-sama!)

11) Yu Kobayashi (Setsuna Sakurazaki from Mahou Sensei Negima, Mariya from Mariaholic, Cecile from Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker, Hiroshi from Ookami Kakushi)

12) Kana Asumi (Popura from WORKING!, Hyoka Kazakiri from To Aru Majutsu no Index)

My picks from Bisei-Tokei 2 were Rie Tanaka, Marina Inoue, and Ayumi Fujimura. The reason is this:

If Rie Tanaka's photo shows up on my iPod:

I can almost hear Maria's voice from her. Eh? Is that Maria from Hayate no Gotoku! No wait, it's her seiyuu!

Marina Inoue sounds cool but when I hear Marina Inoue's voice,

She's quiet. Her tone was too quiet. But I like Marina Inoue for that personality.

But the best seiyuu from Bisei-Tokei 2 is Ayumi Fujimura! Why?

Mmmm...mmmm...mmmm... Her voice is soooo cute! Much like Zettai Karen Children's Naomi Umegae! Every time if a photo of Ayumi Fujimura shows up, I can often hear Naomi Umegae's voice! Cute!

Well, that's my user impression. Hope there will be more Bisei-Tokeis in the future and whose seiyuu will be feature next....

K-On!! Original Sound Track Vol.1 and Vol.2

K-On!! Original Sound Track Vol. 1 K-On!! Original Sound Track Vol. 2

The second season of K-On!, called K-On!! (thanks to an additional exclamation point), was a decent success with the new storyline, new songs, and same K-on factor carried from the first season.

X5

Nokia X5

When the new Nokia phone, the X5, hasn't showed up its qwerty keyboard, the shape of this cellphone looks more like a foundation, making this a perfect cellphone targeted for girls. If you slide it, the X5 truly shows up not just a cute cellphone, it's a cute and functional cellphone good enough for you to try.

From the sizing borrowed from the sixth-generation iPod Nano, the new Nokia X5, part of the innovative Nokia X Series, shows that sizes like these does not matter when it comes to functional features such as the QWERTY keyboard, 2GB microSD memory card included for more photos, videos, and everything, Surprise Me! app that picks a random song from your phone, internet connectivity via 3.5G or Wi-Fi, and a 5-megapixel camera for shooting pics and flicks.

This phone comes in three colors; pink, black, and blue. As you may know, the Nokia X5 is pretty in pink, providing a good feminine touch for the girls who want a very very cute phone that has a host of major major features.

My dent on the Nokia X5 is the small screen because how can I use this phone if the screen is too small for the big jobs? Leave it to the girls because the new Nokia X5 is a girls-only phone designed for its cute size.

Last night's episode of Banana Split takes on Urban Zone (and some Balikbayan jokes to follow)

The October 16 episode of Banana Split pokes fun at the Balikbayans because of the balikbayan jokes offered. I like the joke where Melai speaks English in a sophisticated manner.

Before the balikbayan jokes, the showbiz updates keep rounding it up on Balitang Siksik Showbiz Edition.

Yes ma'am? Yes ma'am! Pokwang and Pooh pokes fun on another round of Yes Ma'am about organizing the pages 1 to 300 in less than 15 minutes.

Ryan Bang's here for another Kaalamang Nakakahibang about Korean numbers.

Then, Banana Split spoofs Urban Zone. Dubbed Uban Zone, Angelica as Badaphne, her take on Daphne, visits a well-organized room. When she reaches the master's bedroom, thing's getting ugly.

After the Urban Zone spoof, the Matanglawin spoof, Mutanglawin, shows up, as Kuya Keem (John Prats) visits Korean inventor wannabe Igor Stojokovic Krystic (Ryan Bang), who has sore eyes. Didn't realize that Igor's yaya has a twitter account, so that's how Kuya Keem trailed all the way to Igor with the Precision Eyedrops. The funny part where Kuya Keem and his Camarincus (camera man) poured some Suka (vinegar) on Igor's sore eyes! ROFL!

After that, Jason Francisco takes a visit on Rizza Masahista (RR Enriquez) again as the crazy massager uses a wooden board for some...um...force of habit!
