Mid-Ohio is the next stop for the 2025 NTT IndyCar Series with the Honda Indy 200. What a way to wrap up the entire Independence Day weekend with literally blazing racing action around Mid-Ohio.
Yes, literally blazing because of Will Power's race car caught fire after 11 laps, forcing him out of the race. It's not the least of the problems of this race, though. This race saw Josef Newgarden's disastrous race start, as well as Christian Rasmussen running out of fuel, and Kyffin Simpson stalled on the pit lane.

Amid the heat of the track fight, Scott Dixon defeated Alex Palou to win the Honda Indy 200 at Mid-Ohio while Christian Lundgaard completed the podium by finishing in third place.
After the Mid-Ohio race, Alex Palou is in the lead with 386 points, followed by Kyle Kirkwood in second with 293 points and Pato O'Ward in third with 275 points. It's too close to call.
The next race is the SYNK 275 in Iowa this July 12, 2025.
