C1-00

Nokia C1-00

Nokia's first dual-sim phone, the C1-00, might seem to have a familiar feature found in most myphone cellphones, but this is Nokia's first of its kind to give cellphone users the free will to use two sims in one phone.

Perfect for those who want to use two sims, even when you're in side on two rival telecommunication companies, Smart and Globe, or even its subsidiaries such as Touch Mobile or Red Mobile. Imagine yourself keeping a secret to someone, the first sim you'll have is for your common pals, and the second one is for your secret buddies. Would that be nice to have this phone carrying two sims for your privacy? This dual-sim phone brings personal privacy to its personal taste.

Aside from its dual-sim functionality, the Nokia C1-00 features some entry-level features such as texting, calling, and normal ringtones. Also, the FM Radio (headset required) makes it a good addition to the C1-00. Good for those who want to listen to their favorite FM stations on the go.

The Nokia C1-00 comes in two exterior colors, red and blue, respectively, and I hope there will be changeable covers for Nokia's first dual-sim phone. But still, I would go for the myphone range because not only has dual-sim features, it has host of colorful features.

Car jokes on Lokomoko...

The knock knock jokes the granny used on Lokomoko U's Talentadong Family last night were based on car brands such as Mitsubishi, Mazda, Hyundai, and Kia.

Aside from those car brands mentioned by Granny's knock knock jokes on Talentadong Family, another car joke comes out from the "of mice and jokes" portion of Lokomoko U called Keso City.

One mouse who is Rainier Castillo mentioned the car-rat jokes. He mentioned "Mouse-da" and "Nissan Rat-rol". He meant to say those new models out in the Philippines such as the Mazda 2 (known as the Demio in Japan) and the Nissan Patrol Royale.

Another mouse, who is Caloy Alde, mentioned another one. He said "Ford Mouse-tang". He meant to say Ford Mustang (cool car, but I still prefer the new Chevy Camaro anyway).

And another mouse, that is Empoy, mentioned a European car brand. He said "Mouse-cedes Benz". Yup, that's Mercedes-Benz but he mentioned something high-end. Could it be the S-Class? I think it is because it is Mercedes-Benz's high-end saloon.

These mice can't get enough of spilling out some mice jokes on Lokomoko U's Keso City.

Also on that night's Lokomoko U, gags at the lodge, another Star Factory segment on how to paint a beautiful painting, Blue singing the blues in this tear-dropping episode of Bahaw Ikalawang Hain, and yes, more wrong-guessing laugh trip with Christopher (JC De Vera) and Fermin (Rainier Castillo) on Pinoy Brainless.

Cheche Bureche once again...

That night's episode on Bubble Gang focuses on the cavalier battle gags, a hardware vending machine, karate lessons for the housewives, a man following the trends of today, more from the kings of lip-sync, Moymoy Palaboy and Roadfill (hey, what's Mykah doing in IyoTube?), Cinderella faces the jury, surprise party, and some poor-themed fashion colors.

And of course, episode four of the new Bubble Gang sketch, Cheche Bureche. In this episode, Cheche (Ogie Alcasid) is eating cookies and drinking milk while Bureche (Michael V) collected ants for her scheme to take out Cheche. Bureche told Cheche to bring her a softdrink. While Cheche is getting a softdrink, Bureche poured the ants on Cheche's cookies and milk, but suddenly, Dad (Antonio Aquitania) comes home. It seems that the daddy got mad at Cheche because why did she gets a softdrink. After all, Bureche ate all of the ant-infested cookies and milk. Another ARRRGGHHH for Bureche! LOL

Seitokais are hot and cool

The anime titled Seitokai Yakuindomo

Best Student Council (Gokujo Seitokai)

Seitokai no Ichizon

As most otakus watched, the term "Seitokai" or "Student Council" is probably the most interesting topic because not only a "seitokai" or a "student council" has the most interesting stuff, but also something hot, something bold, something humorous, and something...something. Something I would rather bite my lips out of their student council's reactions.

In some animes, a character who is a "seitokaichou" or "student council president" is sometimes a bigger rave among otakus everywhere. Like for instance,

Misaki Ayuzawa from Maid-sama

or even my favorite, Hinagiku Katsura from Hayate the Combat Butler

See what I mean?! I guess seitokais are hot and cool in a different kind of perspective. (Laugh) Who knows if some absent-minded male gets a shot at a nearby all-female student council, the result might be typical for otakus like us. (Laugh) You just got lucky to meet with those super-hot seitokais.

Kaichou Wa Maid-Sama! OST 2

Kaichou Wa Maid-Sama! OST 2

When the last time Maid-sama anime watchers bought the OST of this anime, and henceforth saying the question, "Can you spice these up?"

With the Maid-sama finale draws near, the second part of the original soundtrack of the popular anime, Kaichou Wa Maid-Sama!, is now here. Packed with even more anime BGMs, most will relieve the interesting anime about a student council president, Misaki Ayuzawa, who has a secret job as a maid at some maid cafe called Maid Latte.

Ha ha ha, to think that we want something to spice it up like Misaki's omuraisu that says ウザイ (uzai, annoying) in front of us, this second part is truly the apple of the eye for relieving the entire Maid-sama story in their own ears. For an extra, the TV-sized version of the new closing theme, ∞Loop by Heidi, is added, but for those who want the full version, this song is sold separately as a maxi single.

Best to buy it before catching the Maid-sama finale that will surely go M3 (Malay Mo, Ma-develop).

Sa'yo Lamang

Year: 2010

Filmmaker: Star Cinema

Cast: Lorna Tolentino, Christopher de Leon, Coco Martin, Bea Alonzo, Shaina Magdayao, Empress, Enchong Dee, Zanjoe Marudo

In celebration of Star Cinema's 17th anniversary, the premiere film maker from ABS-CBN has pleased to bring its cinematic masterpiece that was directed by the award-winning Laurice Guillen.

This movie brings most of the country's most respected artists such as Lorna Tolentino (Momay), Christopher de Leon, Diether Ocampo (Rubi), Coco Martin (Noy, Tonyong Bayawak), Zanjoe Marudo (Kristine, Parekoy, Banana Split), Shaina Magdayao (Rubi), Enchong Dee (Magkaribal), Empress (Rosalka), and Bea Alonzo (Magkaribal, I Love Betty La Fea), with the special participation of Dominic Ochoa (Rosalka, May Bukas Pa).

Inspired from the 2000 movie, Tanging Yaman, Sa'yo Lamang focuses on the life and times on one family struggling with their lives, and learning the value of trust, loyalty, honesty, and family values.

Upon taking a gander on this movie, it seems most of the characters in this movie has their own bitter tastes, for instance, Amanda (Lorna Tolentino) struggles with her dying life because of cervical cancer, Dianne (Bea Alonzo) tries to fulfill her mother's wish to reunite with her father (Christopher de Leon), the argument between the two boys (Coco and Enchong), and the twists happened on this movie.

This movie is just like Tanging Yaman, and the storyline gives color to this movie, making Sa'yo Lamang an interesting drama movie focusing on the struggles of one family.

Thumbs up to Laurice Guillen! And thumbs up for the cast!
