This event was part of the Elvis Festival held in Parkes, New South Wales, Australia. Tribute artists and fans filled the special train, which traveled 357 kilometers from Sydney to Parkes.

- The Toyota GR Yaris MORIZO RR was unveiled. Limited to 200 units, it features dynamics inspired by the racing car that competed at the Nurburgring 24 Hours.

- The Subaru WRX STi Sport# was unveiled at the Tokyo Auto Salon. Based on the VB WRX S4, it features a 6-speed manual gearbox, a first for a JDM model. It will be available this Spring 2026.

- The only paperwork the son of motoring journalist James Deakin had was from the importer, who was ticketed by the Land Transportation Office after crossing double solid yellow lines, according to Chief Markus Lacanilao. This follows Deakin's complaint that the LTO system is corrupt after his son was charged with a reckless driving violation instead of an improper lane change or disobeying traffic signs.

- UK braces for storm Goretti with new warnings for heavy snow and ice.

- The UK and France have agreed to send troops to Ukraine in the event of the peace deal, according to UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, after recent talks.
