- Onto the Paris attacks, French investigations disclosed the name and released a photo of a man suspected behind the Parisian terror attacks last Friday. Police identified the suspect as Salah Abdeslam, a 26-year-old male born in Belgium. This is the first time the police disclosed information as they seek help to the French citizens following the deadly attacks.

- Meanwhile, France unleashed retaliatory airstrikes against two Islamic State targets in Syria following Friday's terrorist attacks in Paris. According to the French military, it conducted air campaigns in cooperation with USA and destroyed a command center, including an arms depot, as well as a training camp.

- Rivalry between the USA and China as well as the Paris terror attacks are expected to hook more than trade issues at the APEC 2015 Summit that will be held from the 18th to 19th of November with the maximum security preparedness.

- Meanwhile, Chilean president Michelle Bachelet arrived at the Malacanang two days ahead of the summit.

- The four suspects behind the trophy heist at the Red Bull Racing headquarters last year will face between two and seven years in prison.

- Angad Paul, the chief executive of Caparo Vehicle Technologies, the company behind the bewildering Caparo T1 track-day car, reportedly committed suicide from his penthouse apartment in London on Monday following the company's brink of bankruptcy.

- Believe it or not, Filipino hip-hop dance group XB Gensan is named the winner of the 2015 Dance2Dance World Streetdance Showcase Competition in Zurich, Switzerland, beating the likes of the USA and Russia, This dance group made famous after winning the first edition of talent contest of noontime show It's Showtime years ago.

- Actor JM de Guzman revealed that he's bipolar following his much-speculated Instagram posts regarding his past drug use and 17-month stint at the rehab.

- Watch a stunt driver drove his classic Mini Cooper to its Guinness World Record for the tightest reverse parallel-park in 34cm-long space.

Doctor Who S09E09


The episode titled "Sleep No More" is one helluva fear fest for the viewers as The Doctor and Clara emerged on a futuristic space station, trying to avert the monstrosity caused by the machine called the Morpheus. Sadly though, this episode is nothing more of a footage sent by a rogue scientist who, in the end, revealed to be one of the monsters known as the Sandmen. Yep. These monsters are named after the song that goes Bom Bom Bom Bom Bom Bom Bom....well, you get the rest but this episode gave us some sleepless nights reminding about how frightening this latest Doctor Who episode was.

Lola Nidora's birthday to remember!


Just as we thought things gone belly up to everyone's favorite foul-mouthed lola, Lola Nidora, today's Kalyeserye segment on Eat Bulaga gave her the moment she will never forget; her birthday!

It was a star-studded birthday party, packed with some special guests including a special participation of Mr. Eddie Garcia and Helen Gamboa herself as well. Of course, thus being a Kalyeserye, almost most of our favorite characters from Alden, Yaya Dub, and Tidora are present as well. These guys planned this party for days now ever since the missing ring incident last week.

Alden's half-Russian, half-Waray lola, Lola Babah, was present in the party and because of Lola Nidora's kindness, she decided to spare her mansion for some time now. To repay her debt, Lola Babah owe Lola Nidora about 20 million pesos but regarding about the missing ring, Lola Nidora put a price on her precious ring...about one million more than what Lola Babah owe her!

What's going on? Why would Lola Nidora put a price on the missing ring just to save her mansion? Tune in to Eat Bulaga every weekdays for more Kalyeserye antics!

Series of Parisian attacks killed over hundreds

It was nighttime in Paris, France, when armed terrorists unleashed a barrage of attacks through numerous sites in the French capital such as nearby Stade de France, where the soccer match between France and Germany occurred, Avenue de la Republique, Rue de Charonne, Rue Bichat, and the hardest hit on the deadly Paris attacks is the Bataclan concert hall where a rock concert occurred and then terrorists taken dozens of people hostage.

So far, at least 153 people were killed in the Paris and Saint-Denis shootings and bombings according to reports. It's the deadliest since the attacks on Charlie Hebdo last January over their depiction of Prophet Mohammed. It is expected to rise as authorities are investigating through the deadly Paris attacks.

French president Francois Hollande declared a state of emergency and the closing of national borders. He called the recent attacks "unprecedented" and he urged the public to remain calm.

- The US Department of Defense says that they are launching an all-out airstrike in Syria against an Islamic State militant known as "Jihadi John", who purportedly murdered numerous captives including Japanese journalist Kenji Goto.

- As the National League of Democracy party is showing dominance in Burma's general election campaign, Aung San Suu Kyi, the opposition leader who backed this party, invited her supporters working in the entertainment industry to a luncheon party at her home in Yangon to congratulate them for their help.

- The South Korean Supreme Court upheld a life sentence for the captain of the submerged Sewol ferry, for homicide and other charges. In April of last year, the Sewol ferry submerged at the southern coast of South Korea, killing 295 people onboard including students on a field trip. The ferry's captain, Lee Joon-seok, and 14 other crew members were indicted for failing to evacuate passengers. The court sentenced him to 36 years in prison last year but few months earlier this year, the high court convicted him of homicide and sentenced him to life imprisonment.

- New Mormon gay policy changes triggered criticisms from church members of all political backgrounds. Under the new rules, issued last week, children living with gay parents are banned from being baptized until they're 18. After that, they can be baptized only if they disavow same-sex relationships.

- Meanwhile in Ukraine, lawmakers approved the bill that bans discrimination of gays. paving the way for visa-free travel between Ukraine and the European Union.

- The FIA has accepted track changes to the Nurburgring for added safety regulations. When the updates are done, the speed limits will be lifted on the legendary racetrack for next year.

- Inside the world of Pokemon, there's a new free-to-play Pokemon game coming to the 3DS this December and...it's another boring puzzle game. Called Pokemon Picross, players need to solve puzzles to turn them into portraits. Take advantage of collected Pokemon's abilities as they can be proven useful in times of harder puzzles. There are over 300 puzzles to clear including more complex ones. Meanwhile, the Wii U version of Pokken Tournament will hit Japanese stores this March 18, 2016 with a first look at Shadow Mewtwo coming exclusively in this game.

- Following his resignation as chairman of the management board at Volkswagen due to the ongoing TDi scandal, Martin Winterkorn has vacated the boards of Porsche SE, Audi, and Truck & Bus GmbH as well.

- Buick showcased two teaser clips for their third-generation LaCrosse flagship saloon before its LA Auto Show world premiere.



- The recent Eat Bulaga kalyeserye revealed that Lola Nidora is officially officially broke and all of her assets had been sold as well as her (gasp) mansion! What's going to happen on the surprise party Tidora, Yaya Dub, and Alden planned for her? Be ready for tomorrow because all that's about to change in Kalyeserye!

- So far, Burma's election commission has declared the winners for 299 seats, representing 60 percent of the contested seats in parliament, and with the NLD party, backed by pro-democracy leader Aung San Suu Kyi, won 256 seats, she's laying the groundwork for a historic transfer of power in Burma as she will hold talks with President Thein Sein and the military chief.

- The international swimming body FINA says it will remove doping test samples taken for this year's world swimming championships in Russia from Moscow to Spain following the World Anti-Doping Agency accused the Russian Athletics Federation of systematic doping and cover-ups this week.

- Indonesian leader Joko Widowo will skip tomorrow's APEC Summit but considers attendance to East Asia Summit in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on the 20th of November.

- The Senate opened its investigation on the alleged tanim-bala extortion scam in the nation's top airports. So far, at least four alleged victims of the scam were invited to the joint hearing of the Senate committee on public services being headed by Senator Serge Osmena and the blue ribbon committee.

- Kia showcased a teaser sketch for their second-generation K7 (Cadenza in world markets) luxury midsize saloon.

- Meanwhile, Hyundai Motor Company showcased a teaser sketch for the Equus replacement that will serve as the first car under the Genesis Motors brand called the EQ900.

- Voice actress Chiaki Takahashi injured her right foot during a rehearsal for an upcoming reunion concert with her fellow members of a voice actress group Aice⁵, consisting of her, Akemi Kanda, Masumi Asano, Yui Horie, and Madoka Kimura, as they're preparing for a November 22 concert. Inside the world of THE IDOLM@STER, Chiaki Takahashi played the role of Azusa Miura.

- Say hello to the ultra-powerful Fenyr Supersport from W Motors. From the creators of the Lykan Hypersport, the Fenyr is powered by twin-turbo 4.0L boxer-6 engine sourced from RUF and connected to a 7-speed double clutch gearbox, resulting to a possible 0-100kph time of 2.7 seconds and a top speed of over 400kph. Unveiled at the Dubai Motor Show, W Motors collaborated with many global partners such as Magna Steyr and RUF to bring this beast to life.

- Former F4 member and one of the stars from the Taiwanese drama series Meteor Garden, Vic Zhou, married to a Taiwanese actress named Reen Yu. Fans remembered Vic for his role of Hua Ze Lei, the light-hearted member of F4.

- Former Doctor Who David Tennant confirmed he and wife Georgia Moffett's baby girl's arrival during an interview at a certain radio station.
