Syrian foreign minister Walid al-Moallem expressed his government's intention to abide by the UNSC's resolution demanding the elimination of the country's chemical weapons. He spoke to NHK in New York where he is visiting to address the General Assembly.

Known to be one of America's finest sportscars, the Dodge Viper is truly a hardcore driver's car and since it doesn't rely on electronics so much, this supercar loves to do some bad tricks the old-school way. For this model, it still retains the same bad boy image even though there is a slight fact that it follows the same design as the GTS-R Concept. Using one of the biggest engines offered in the market today, the Viper SRT-10 delivers a mindblowing 510bhp of power, 725Nm of torque, 0-60 time of under four seconds, and an alleged top speed of 193mph. This slithering behemoth is truly an enthusiast's car of its own right.

Mind your broomsticks, Harry Potter fans, because this is the kind of car you are truly familiar with. It's that flying car as seen in Chamber of Secrets. The Weasley boys took their dad's Ford Anglia to fetch Harry Potter when he realized he missed the Hogwarts Station and then later crashed in an effort to get through Hogwarts. Yes, in the world of Harry Potter, this Anglia can fly literally but in reality, this 1967 Anglia isn't. Even though this Anglia doesn't act the same as the one from Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, it's still one of the most admired classics of all time. Little known fact that with the Performance Kit, it garnered six International Class G World Records averaging a top speed of 83.47mph. It's also durable as well because its durability doesn't need repairs after 20,000 km, other than tire changes.

In the past, Lancia is well known to be one of the most successful WRC manufacturers in history, scoring 10 wins in its career. Its first WRC win for the Italian carmaker can be traced to this car, the Fulvia. Piloted by Sandro Munari, this Fulvia became the first ever Lancia to snag a WRC win in 1972. In the "Collection of Lancia" episode of Top Gear, Jeremy Clarkson describes the Fulvia is like "driving a rorty sorbet" even though it costs more than a Jaguar E-Type.

BREAKING NEWS: Military, defense leaders declare end to Zamboanga siege

Hmmm....well according to the report I found on TV5's Interaksyon news site, Defense and Armed Forces officials began proclaiming the end of the 20-day Zamboanga standoff with all hostages freed and MNLF rebels captured and confined to a military controlled "constriction" areas. In a televised report from PTV, Defense Secretary Voltaire Gazmin declared this 20-day siege finished.

Over the course of the stand-off by the numbers for now, 194 hostages were freed, 18 soldiers and 5 policemen died on the stand off, 167 soldiers and 14 policemen were wounded. Civilian casualty is 9 dead with 57 injured civilians.

Based on the military reports, 52 MNLF rebels were surrendered, 223 were captured, and 100 are killed.

That maybe the case but...is the siege over?

1) Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG '13

WHY: Hopefully, GT6 should feature the latest version of the SL65 AMG roadster. This V12-powered roadster delivers more power than its predecessor, although not as powerful as the fabled SL65 AMG Black Series of the 2009 but still, it's worth the fun driving a fast roadster with a big turbocharged engine on it. Come on, this car needs a spot it deserved...

2) Citroen DS5 '11

WHY: The DS5 is the flagship of the Citroen DS range and it is essentially the first ever Citroen car to incorporate the diesel-hybrid powerplant made by PSA Peugeot Citroen. Don't mind about that but that seems lame to us. The DS5 were interested is the one with the THP 200 engine on it but don't be shy, this isn't a racer when we mess this one in some of the finest tracks on Gran Turismo 6. Still, this is worth a nice car to be photographed for in Photo Travels.

3) Infiniti Q50 Hybrid Sport '14

While Nissan is still busy making the finishing touches about the V37 Skyline stuff, how about this for a change then? The Infiniti Q50 served as the replacement to the Skyline-based G37 sedan and it's the first to incorporate Infiniti's new naming scheme where all cars start with the Q and all SUVs and crossovers start with the QX. The most interesting Q50 we want to see on the GT6 is the hybrid model which features the same powerplant from the Fuga Hybrid, mated with a double-clutch gearbox rather than the conventional CVTs that you get in most hybrids and amazingly, has more power than the 3.7L model. Who says hybrids can't be so liberating?

4) Bentley Continental GT '11

WHY: So far, the Gran Turismo series only has one Bentley in their list and it's that Speed 8 LMP. For gT6, what we really need is a road-going Bentley and perhaps this new Bentley Continental GT should do the trick. Did you know that in Series 19 opener of Top Gear, James May enlisted WRC driver Kris Meeke to do some rallying on the Bentley Continental GT? Well in that case, please feature it and because this is 4WD, let's hope this is the Bentley that fits with dirt or snow tires to the mix.

5) Ford Anglia 105E '67

WHY: As seen on Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets when the Weasley siblings drove their dad's car to fetch Harry Potter and then crashed to the Whomping Willow in an effort to reach Hogwarts. Well, we may not get Weasley's Anglia but the real one, identical to it, should do the trick. Not as magical as the one from Harry Potter but it's worth a collectible like every geek in the world wants one.

The results please? So, if Polyphony's still on the rethinking process whether these cars I've mentioned will be featured on Gran Turismo 6, whether in game or as a DLC, you can't say that I didn't had a bit to do with that.

- While on the subject of the Claudine-Raymart case, reports said that Raymart Santiago will file for annulment to Claudine Barretto.

- If you thought that the new fifth-generation Honda Odyssey is just one of the Hondas coming soon, there's more because Honda teased an upcoming kei-car, some say it will replace the Life kei-car. Called N WGN, the new kei car is set to rival the Suzuki Wagon R and the Daihatsu Move. It's coming at year's end exclusively for the Japanese market.

- Metro eat your heart out because there's a new anime series coming on October 2, 2013. It's titled COPPELION and it's all about three genetically modified girls sent to a nuclear-stricken Tokyo wasteland. In Coppelion, the post-nuclear sci-fi military action anime is set when radioactive contamination put Tokyo under a blockade and three genetically modified girls, codenamed Coppelion,  were sent to the Tokyo wasteland to investigate. If by the word "genetically modified" they are invulnerable to radioactivity since birth. It's set to premiere in Japan on 10/2/13 on the AT-X channel and 10/4/13 on BS11.

- At the Texas State Fair, General Motors unveiled HEAVY DUTY versions of the new-generation Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra pickup trucks. The new HEAVY DUTY models features 6.6-liter Duramax turbo diesel and 6.0-liter Vortec V-8 to better maintain full power, even under heavy loads and high ambient temperatures.
