NASCAR's In-Season Challenge continues with the Toyota/Save Mart 350 at Sonoma. In Round 3, drivers Ty Dillon, Alex Bowman, John Hunter Nemechek, Erik Jones, Ryan Preece, Tyler Reddick, Ty Gibbs, and Zane Smith will compete for a spot in the semifinals. The question is: who will make it?
As the green flag waved, the action in Sonoma was underway. As Ross Chastain won Stage 1, Stage 2 saw AJ Allmendinger slip off the track, followed by a spin by Daniel Suarez on Turn 11. As Shane Van Gisbergen wins Stage 2, the final stage saw Ryan Blaney slip off course while hunting down Bubba Wallace and Denny Hamlin, followed by a clash at the pit stop, a stray wheel that costs SVG's lead, and disasters aplenty.
