2024 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship - Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach

Long Beach shifted into another race weekend frenzy with IndyCar and IMSA. Let's focus more on the IMSA side of Long Beach, where GTD and GTP cars clash themselves in an epic street race of the season.

Cadillac pulled a 1-2 finish with the #01 Cadillac Racing V-Series.R of Sebastien Bourdais and Renger van der Zande emerged as the winner of the Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach while the #31 Whelen Cadillac Racing V-Series.R finished 2nd. In the GTD class, the #89 VasserSullivan RCF GT3 wins.

The next race is the Motul Course de Monterey powered by Hyundai N this May 10-12.

2024 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship - Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring

The 2024 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship continues in Sebring International Raceway for the Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring, where wild moments await in this 12-hour endurance slugfest.

This year's Sebring endurance race saw numerous misfortunes on track from a spin for the Risi Competizione 296 to an unfortunate crash for the #31 Whelen Cadillac V-Series.R with Pipo Derani behind the wheel. Amid the series of unfortunate events, this is becoming one of the most thrilling races ahead of the Spring season.

After a grueling 12-hour thriller, the #40 Wayne Taylor Racing ARX-06 emerged as the winner of the Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring while the #18 Era Motorsport LMP2 07 won the LMP2 class, the #14 VasserSullivan RC F GT3 for the GTD PRO class, and the #57 Winward Racing AMG GT3 for the GTD class.

The next race is the Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach this April 19-20.

2024 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship - Rolex 24 at Daytona

The 2024 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship kicked off with the first endurance racing event of 2024, the Rolex 24 at Daytona. With an eclectic mix of veterans and rookies assembled in this 59-car grid representing four different classes such as the GTP, LMP2, GTD, and GTD PRO, the first endurance racing event of 2024 is a stunner from dawn to dusk to dawn again.

After 24 hours of intense Daytona thriller, the #7 Porsche Penske Motorsports 963 of Matt Campbell, Felipe Nasr, Dane Cameron, and Josef Newgarden made headlines as the overall winner of the Rolex 24 at Daytona. The #18 Era Motorsport Oreca LMP2 07 wins the LMP2 class, the #62 Risi Competizione 296 GT3 for the GTD PRO class, and the #57 Winward Racing Mercedes AMG GT3 for the GTD class.

The next race is the Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring on March 16 at Sebring International Raceway.

2023 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship - MOTUL Petit Le Mans

The 2023 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship concludes in Road Atlanta for the MOTUL Petit Le Mans endurance race, a 10-hour finale where various race cars from different classes are going all-out to end the season strong. For the new GTP-class machines, their maiden season run has successfully wrapped up strong but there's only one big winner.

The #60 Meyer Shank Racing w/ Curb-Agajanian ARX-06 wins the MOTUL Petit Le Mans for the top-tier GTP class while #04 Crowdstrike Racing by APR Oreca 07 wins the LMP2 class, the #30 JR III Racing JS P320 for the LMP3 class, the #79 WeatherTech Racing AMG GT3 for the GTD PRO class, and the #78 Forte Racing Powered by US RaceTronics Huracan GT3 EVO2 for the GTD class.

2023 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship - Tirerack.com Battle of the Bricks

For the first time in IMSA history, they've stopped by The Racing Capital of The World, Indianapolis Motor Speedway, for the Tirerack.com Battle of the Bricks.

Using the road course as the basis of IMSA's Indy campaign, the Battle of the Bricks is one in the history books. From a turn 1 disaster, every pitwork, every corner, and every overtake, Indianapolis never felt so alive when IMSA's around.

At the end of IMSA's Indy campaign, the winners have been crowned. The #57 Winward Racing Mercedes-AMG GT3 wins the GTD class, the #79 WeatherTech Racing Mercedes-AMG GT3 for the GTD PRO class, the #17 AWA Duqueine D08 for LMP3 class, the #11 TDS Racing ORECA LMP2 07 for LMP2 class, and the #6 Porsche Penske Motorsport 963 for the GTP class.

The 2023 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship concludes in Road Atlanta for the MOTUL Petit Le Mans this October 11-14.

2023 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship - MICHELIN GT Challenge at VIR

VIRginia International Raceway is the next stop of the 2023 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship with the MICHELIN GT Challenge as the best GT-class racers clash in this end-of-summer racing spectacle.

The #3 Corvette Racing C8.R emerged as the winner of the GTD PRO class, beating the likes of Lexus and Porsche drivers in the fray. In the GTD class, meanwhile, the #1 Paul Miller Racing BMW M4 GT3 is the winner.

The next race is at Indianapolis Motor Speedway for the Tirerack.com Battle of the Bricks this September 15-17.

2023 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship - Road America

The 2023 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship continues in Road America and it's back to being a proper multi-class race where different car classes from GTP to GTD gather around in Wisconsin's finest.

The #7 Porsche Penske Motorsport Porsche 963 dominated Road America while the #52 PR1 Mathiasen Motorsports wins the LMP2 class, the #74 RILEY in the LMP3 class, the #23 Heart of Racing Team Aston Martin Vantage for the GTD PRO class, and the #1 Paul Miller Racing BMW M4 GT3 for GTD class.

The next event is the Michelin GT Challenge at VIR at August 25-27, 2023.

2023 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship - FCP Euro Northeast Grand Prix

Lime Rock Park became a battleground for GT-class racers as the 2023 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship continues with the FCP Euro Northeast Grand Prix presented by Liqui Moly. The grass is greener and the race is scorching with this one.

The Heart of Racing Team became a dominant force in Lime Rock Park having swept two class wins with the #27 winning the GTD class while the #23 winning the GTD PRO class.

The 2023 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship goes up north with the Chevrolet Grand Prix at the Canadian Tire Motorsport Park as the world's finest drivers go all-out in the heart of Ontario in the middle of scorching summer weather.

The #60 Meyer Shank Racing Acura ARX-06 emerged as the winner of this Ontario scorcher while the #74 RILEY wins the LMP3 class, the #3 Corvette Racing C8.R for the GTD PRO class, and the #1 Paul Miller Racing M4 GT3 for the GTD class.

2023 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship - Sahlen's Six Hours of The Glen

Despite the threat from the Canadian wildfires, the Sahlen's Six Hours of The Glen endurance race of the 2023 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship managed to move on right away, amid the smoggy outlook, a fitting start to their intense summer racing escapades.

Originally, the #6 Porsche Penske Motorsport Porsche 963 is the winner of this six-hour endurance race in New York but due to a penalty imposed in postrace technical inspection, the runner-up GTP racer, the #25 BMW M Team RLL BMW M Hybrid V8 has been promoted to 1st place, a first win for the BMW GTP racing machine.

Meanwhile, the #4 CROWDSTRIKE RACING wins the LMP2 class, the #74 RILEY for LMP3, and a double class win for Vasser Sullivan with the #14 winning the GTD PRO class and the #12 for the GTD class.

The next event is the Chevrolet Grand Prix at the Canadian Tire Motorsport Park this July 7-9.

2023 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship - Motul Course de Monterey powered by Hyundai N

The legendary Laguna Seca is the next stop for the 2023 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship with the Motul Course de Monterey powered by Hyundai N. It's the ideal challenge for the brand-new GTP machines as they're going all-out in the legendary West Coast racetrack and surviving the corkscrew by all means.

The #1 Cadillac Racing V-Series.R of Sebastien Bourdais and Renger van der Zande is the winner of the Motul Course de Monterey endurance race while the #11 TDS Racing ORECA LMP2 07 wins the LMP2 class, the #79 WeatherTech Racing Mercedes-AMG GT3 for the GTD PRO class and the #91 Kellymoss with Riley Porsche 911 GT3 R for the GTD class.

The GTP-spec Porsche Hypercar, the 963, scored its first win at IMSA with the #6 machine driven by Nick Tandy and Mathieu Jaminet. The #1 BMW M4 GT3 Paul Miller Racing of Bryan Sellers and Madison Snow won the GTD class while the #14 Lexus RC F GT3 Vasser Sullivan wins the GTD PRO class.

2023 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship - Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring

With the WEC's Sebring campaign a success, it's the turn of IMSA to conclude the Sebring super weekend with the second outing of this season with the Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring, which is extremely longer than its WEC equivalent.

With lights out at Sebring after 12 hours, the #31 Whelen Engineering Cadillac Racing has been crowned the winner of the Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring. The #8 Tower Motorsports wins the LMP2 class, the #73 Riley for the LMP3 class, the #9 Pfaff Motorsports for the GTD PRO class, and the #1 Paul Miller Racing for GTD class.

The next race will be the Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach this April 14-15.

2023 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship - Rolex 24 at Daytona

It's the beginning of a new era in endurance racing as the Rolex 24 at Daytona, the opening salvo of the 2023 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship heralds the rise of the new and powerful GTP machines, the IMSA equivalent of the WEC's Hypercar class.

With Acura, Cadillac, BMW, and Porsche showcasing their GTP machines, this year's Daytona 24-hour endurance battle showcased the world's best and brightest stars in motorsports as they are preparing to survive 24 hours of drama and thriller on the track and then go for broke to the finish line.

After 24 hours of intense Daytona thriller, Acura pulled a 1-2 finish with the #60 Meyer Shank Racing and #10 Konica Minolta Acura ARX-06 GTP machines. The #55 Proton Competition ORECA LMP2 07 wins the LMP2 class while the #17 AWA Duqueine D08 wins the LMP3 class, the #27 Heart of Racing Team Aston Martin Vantage GT3 for the GTD class, and the #79 WeatherTech Racing Mercedes-AMG GT3 for the GTD PRO class.

The Rolex 24 at Daytona is over but the 2023 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship has truly begun as the next race will be the Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring this March 15-18, 2023.

2022 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship - Motul Petit Le Mans

The Peach State of Georgia is the final stop for the 2022 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship with the Motul Petit Le Mans endurance race held at Road Atlanta as the drivers are going all-out in the final 10 hours of the season. The finale is where all of the action and drama come full circle for the drivers and the endgame is a classic IMSA moment worth remembering.

The #60 Meyer Shank Racing Acura DPi is crowned the winner of the Motul Petit Le Mans while the #8 Tower Motorsport wins the LMP2 class, the #36 Andretti Motorsport for the LMP3 class, the #14 Vasser Sullivan Lexus RCF GT3 for the GTD PRO class, and the #66 Gradient Racing Acura NSX GT3 Evo for the GTD class.

With the 2022 season ended, the #60 Meyer Shank Racing is crowned this season's champion, the #8 Tower Motorsport for the LMP2 class, #54 CORE Autosport for the LMP3 class, #9 Pfaff Motorsports for the GTD PRO class, and the #27 Heart of Racing for the GTD class.

2022 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship - Sahlen's Six Hours of the Glen

The 2022 season of the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship continues in New York's Watkins Glen for the Sahlen's Siz Hours of the Glen endurance race.

Despite being interrupted by a yellow flag due to a certain incident and a red flag following a severe weather warning, this six-hour endurance race rattled the entire New York in various ways never seen before.

After six hours of intense action in the Glen, the #10 Wayne Taylor Racing emerged as the winner while the #27 and #23 Heart of Racing racing machines win the GTD and GTD Pro Class, the #52 PR1 Motorsports for the LMP2 class, and the #74 Riley Motorsports for the LMP3 class.

The next event is the Chevrolet Grand Prix at the Canadian Tire Motorsport Park this July 1st to 3rd.
