Forza Horizon 5

From the Colorado Rockies to the British roads, the world of Forza Horizon is all about fast cars, loud music, and beautiful sceneries all rolled up into one heck of a party or a get-together if you may. For the latest installment, the Horizon Festival has gone south of the border. That's right. We're talking about Mexico!

Forza Horizon 5

Bienvenido a Mexico, the latest stop of the Horizon Festival! Forza Horizon 5 puts players behind the wheel of some of the fastest and the most unique cars of all ages through the floral and fauna of Mexico. Whether if you're driving the upcoming Mercedes-AMG One through the straights, exploring through the Mexican wilderness in a new Ford Bronco, this game has it all and it's enjoyable in the new XBOX Series X/S as well as the XBOX One and on PC via Steam.

FH5 offers over 500 cars at launch and players can expect more cars in the coming weeks for those who got the Car Pass. There are also barn finds to unearth as well, provided that you are patient enough to see a derelict car restored to its former glory.

You are the star of the show so FH5 allows you to customize your character with outfits, hairstyles, skin colors, accessories, and for the first time, prosthetics and voices. With your hero set, you set off on an epic Mexican journey to make Horizon Mexico the best festival ever existed by expanding through all the corners of Mexico while racing your way towards the Hall of Fame.

If your goal is to be part of the Horizon Mexico Hall of Fame, you'll need Accolades and FH5 has tons of challenges to complete in order to advance to the next chapter of your Horizon Mexico adventure, unlocking races, Horizon Stories, even Showcase Events. If you got what it takes to make it to the Hall of Fame, so be it.

Like your previous adventures, you will deal with various racing disciplines such as circuit racing, offroad racing, street racing, and drag racing. You can customize those races to your liking with EventLab, an improved version of the Horizon Blueprint back in the previous adventure.

Playing online, you can communicate with other players using the new Forza Link feature as well as sending gift cars to other players for the first time in Horizon, taking part in the Horizon Arcade mini-games, battle against Unbeatable Drivatars as a team in Horizon Tour, have fun with each other in Playground Games, The Eliminator battle royale, Horizon Super7, and so much more. There are so many things to do in Mexico.

And while you spent most of the time logging your Horizon Mexico adventure in front of the live-streamers, FH5 introduces Streamer Mode, which allows streamers and uploaders to enjoy logging their Horizon Mexico adventure without the fear of a copyright takedown. Handy if you are spending the rest of your life uploading your FH5-related content on YouTube.

So, Mexico may have been an odd choice for this year's Horizon Festival but FH5 delivered an enraptured amounts of fun for all players. Fast cars, loud music, beautiful scenery, tons of activities, customization, this is Horizon at its best, or in Spanish, mejor.

Enjoy your stay at Horizon Mexico!
