ABB Formula E Race at Home Challenge Round 6

The virtual action you'd expect from the ABB FIA Formula E Championship continues in the 6th round of the special ABB Formula E Race at Home Challenge and in the 6th round of the special series, all current stay-at-home Formula E drivers have been gathered in virtual New York.

Last week's Berlin is full of controversy with Daniel Abt got disqualified and banned from the championship following his alleged hiring of a sim driver to do the driving for him. With the dust of Berlin controversy already settled, the remaining stay-at-home Formula E drivers are continuing their Race at Home challenge at the virtual New York track, where everything's on the line for the drivers.

In typical Race-at-Home challenge fashion, disaster happened in the first corner, and then more chaos occurred as the race progresses with some laughing to the face of danger as drivers gunning for the title continue to fight themselves to the finish.

Stoffel Vandoorne of Mercedes EQ turned his Pole Position advantage into a decisive victory in round six of the ABB FIA Formula E Race at Home Challenge with Mahindra driver Pascal Wehrlein placed 2nd and Nissan driver Oliver Rowland finished third. Vandoorne set the fastest lap time of 1:11.255.

June 6 and 7 will be the two-part finale of the ABB Formula E Race at Home Challenge! Who will win the virtual title? Is it Vandoorne? Or is it Wehrlein? Find out soon!
