THREATS FROM NORTH KOREA: Second day of family reunion event

The second day of family reunion event kicked off this morning.

Yesterday, the selected 89 South Koreans had their first round of their reunion with their families living North of the border.

The participants started their two-hour long reunion at 1000 hours, local time, at a private reunion in their rooms to allow the families to enjoy more intimate conversations.

Right after that, families had lunch together for an hour in their rooms.

Starting from 1500 hours, there will be a joint reunion in the public meeting room for two hours, which will be the last schedule for today.

On Wednesday, there will be one last time for them to spend together, before the South Korean participants head back home to the South.
