DTM 2018: Brands Hatch

The 2018 DTM continues at England's Brands Hatch and this track faces a lot of questions the drivers are facing head on as the battle for the top spot in the podium rages on until a surprising comeback comes into the light of day.


The first race made history as the Mercedes driver Daniel Juncadella, thanks to his first pole position at the qualifiers, tasted his first ever win of his career while Augusto Farfus finally tasted the podium for the first time after a long drought by placing 2nd and Lucas Auer placed 3rd. The second race, meanwhile, sees a 1-2 finish for Mercedes as Paul di Resta is named the winner while Gary Paffett placed 2nd and Audi's Rene Rast did a wonderful performance by placing 3rd, completing the podium.


Onto the standings, Paffett leads by 177 points while Di Resta's in 2nd with 148 points and Marco Wittman's in 3rd with 110 points, tied with Lucas Auer.

The next race is at Misano, Italy, on the 24th to the 26th of August.
