According to the NDRRMC, there are messages circulating claiming that they will receive aid or money from the government in exchange for clicking on a suspicious link. The agency insists that it does not use its hotline to distribute such information.

- The Regional Project Monitoring Committee drafts a protocol for the review of flood control projects.

- In yesterday's SONA speech, PH President Bongbong Marcos vowed that rebel groups would not rise again. According to the president, no active guerrilla groups are currently present.

- A magnitude 4.2 quake hits San Luis, Batangas.
