- Max Verstappen is at risk of receiving a race ban due to his incident with George Russell during the Spanish Grand Prix. According to the rules, a driver who accumulates 12 penalty points within 12 months will face a one-race ban. The three penalty points he received in Spain bring Verstappen's total to 11 points over the past year.
