- The MMDA Traffic Sector 5 staff has confirmed that the assistant secretary of the PH Department of Transport was stopped after passing the EDSA Busway Ortigas. Instead of a bus lane violation, the officer who identified himself as authorized to pass through the EDSA Carousel was ticketed for a number coding violation.
