For driver's licenses with expiration dates of 4/1/2023 - 8/31/2023 and 4/1/2024 - 4/30/2024, the renewal starts from April 15 to 30, 2024, May 1 to 31, 2024 for driver's licenses with expiration dates of 12/31/2023 and May 1-31, 2024, and June 2024 for driver's licenses with expiration dates of January 1 - March 31, 2024, and June 2024.
