- A C-130 aircraft from the Philippine Air Force crashed on the taxiway of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, causing delayed flights.

- In a 36-minute-long voice message, Pastor Apollo Quiboloy admits that he's in hiding because of assassination plots against him. Quiboloy accused PH President Bongbong Marcos, First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos, and others from the government that they were conniving with the US government.

- At least 60 deaths are reported at a training camp in eastern Ukraine following an air strike by Ukrainian forces that killed "dozens of Russians".
