- The SCOTUS blocked the Biden administration's student loan forgiveness plans, putting a blow to one of the US President's campaign promises. The ruling happened moments after they overturned race-based college admissions.

- The trial of actor Kevin Spacey is underway in London. Spacey is facing 12 counts of sexual assault against four men - which he denies. In their opening statement, the prosecution claimed Spacey is a "sexual bully" and a "man who does not respect personal boundaries or space, a man who it would seem delights in making others feel powerless and uncomfortable." The trial is expected to last between three and four weeks.

- Two people were killed after a man opened fire at Moldova's  Chisinau airport, according to the country's interior ministry.

- Jeremy Clarkson's column in The Sun about Meghan Markle was described as sexist, according to a UK press watchdog. A record 25K people complained to IPSO about the article.

- According to reports, several W Series drivers, including three-time champion Jamie Chadwick, haven't received their prize money due to financial problems. The all-female racing series went into administration two weeks ago, eight months after the last season ended prematurely due to financial problems. 

- The special edition Mercedes-Benz G500 Final Edition and the Mercedes-AMG G63 Grand Edition were unveiled. The G500 Final Edition is top-billed as the last V8-powered G-Class. Limited to 1,500 units globally, it features 20-inch AMG light-alloy wheels in a five-twin-spoke design with a high-sheen finish. Exterior colors are Obsidian Black metallic, Opalith White magno, and Olive magno. The G63 Grand Edition is finished in Kalaharigold magno, 22-inch rims, gold badges, and a black-and-gold interior.



- The Idol Land PriPara app game's release has been delayed to August 2023.

- Boxer Canelo Alvarez will face Jermell Charlo on September 30th.

- Senator Raffy Tulfo, in his Wanted sa Radyo program, hits back at a police officer for making sexist comments about actor Awra Briguela, who was currently detained following his altercation.

- GMA's comedy gag show, Bubble Gang, is moving to its new day and timeslot; airing Sundays at 6PM beginning July 9.
