- As of 1100 hours Manila time, Typhoon Chedeng is last spotted at a distance of 1,170km east of Southeast Luzon, according to PAGASA. It has sustained winds of up to 45kph, gusts of up to 55kph, and is almost stationary.

- Dr. Ted Herbosa has been sworn in as the new PH Department of Health Secretary while Defense Secretary Gibo Teodoro returns to the Department of National Defense.

- Chevrolet unveiled Collectors Editions to the Camaro lineup, signaling the end of the sixth-generation Camaro's production after the 2024 model year. Available in LT/RS, LT1, SS, and ZL1 variants, the Collectors Edition features Panther Black exterior paint; metallic tintcoat for normal Camaro models and matte for ZL1. All models feature a unique front fender script badging featuring a panther into the R, a panther on the steering wheel badge, special floor mats with laser-etched Collectors Edition logo, and unique black interior treatments.
