- The PH Supreme Court unanimously voted to disbar Atty. Larry Gadon, who was recently appointed by the PBBM administration as its anti-poverty czar, said it found the subject video clip, where he was cursing and uttering profane language against journalist Raissa Robles, "indisputably scandalous that it discredits the legal profession."

- The Sandiganbayan has junked the forfeiture case against the Marcos family and their cronies which seeks to recover 581 million pesos worth of real properties and other assets allegedly illegally acquired during the martial law era of the late dictator Ferdinand Marcos Sr.

- Gun ban in Bacoor, Cavite is now in place.

- It is revealed that the death of Nicola Bulley was accidental and she did not have "any desire" to take her own life, according to a coroner. Bulley drowned after falling into cold water.

- Singer Vehicle Design unveiled the DLS-T study, a reimagined Porsche 911 inspired by the Type 934/5 Group 4 racing machine. The 3.8L turbocharged engine produces 700hp of power output.
