- PH Vice-President Sara Duterte personally visited Pastor Apollo Quiboloy at the Kingdom of Jesus Christ compound in Davao City after the controversial pastor's 73rd birthday.

- Russia shot down two drones over the Kremlin in what it claims was an attempt on President Vladimir Putin. No one is reported injured. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky denies Russia's claim that Ukraine's responsible for the drone attack at Kremlin.

- The US Federal Reserve has increased interest rates to the highest level in 16 years.

- The Peugeot 2008 crossover received a minor change for the 2024 model year with the e-2008's electric drivetrain receiving an upgrade thanks to the 54kWh battery pack so that now, it produces 115kW of power as well as 406km of driving range.
