- Dozens of people have been hospitalized in Serbia after an ammonia-carrying train derailed near the southeast end city. A state of emergency was declared in the said area.

- Reports said that an explosion was heard in the Engels airbase in the Russian region of Saratov, hundreds of kilometers from the Ukrainian border.

- Dozens of Rohingya refugees have drifted on a beach in Aceh in a wooden boat with a broken engine. Immigration officials described them as "hungry and weak" after many days at sea. It is unclear if they're part of a group of nearly 200 Rohingyas stranded at sea.
