FIA WTCR 2021 - Race of Czech Republic

Autodrom Most is the next battleground for the 2021 FIA World Touring Car Cup season as the Race of Czech Republic gave drivers a taste of what to expect in the second cour of the race calendar with more action than the first half.

In the first race, Nestor Girolami headed Esteban Guerrieri to deliver a 1-2 finish for the ALL-INKL.COM Munnich Motorsport team. In the second race, meanwhile, Norbert Michelisz defeated the pole position starter, Mikel Azcona, to become the 10th winner of the season amid a red flag interruption.

Post-Czech, Yann Ehrlacher remains in the lead with 135 points, 20 points ahead of Esteban Guerrieri, while Mikel Azcona's in third with 110 points.

The next event will be at Pau-Arnos for the Race of France from the 16th to the 17th of October, 2021.
