- Senate President Vicente Sotto III slammed the countries that favored the adoption of the United Nations Human Rights Council resolution calling for a comprehensive report on the human rights situation in the Philippines.

- Senator Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa dared the United Nations Human Right Council to prove the allegations of state-sponsored killings under the Duterte administration’s war on drugs, and if they were able to do so, he will let them cut his head off.
