- Peter Joemel Advincula, also known as Bikoy, posted bail for a complaint for 6 counts of estafa in Baguio City.

- The chief of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency confirmed the seized 36 kilos of shabu worth P244 million in Dasmarinas, Cavite on February 13, 2019, was connected to the confiscated 274 kilos of shabu worth P1.9 billion in Tanza, Cavite last February 3.

- The International Monetary Fund warned that the ongoing trade war between the China and the United States will "jeopardize" 2019 global growth.

- A manipulated video of "slurring" Nancy Pelosi went viral as the Democratic congressional leader traded insults with US President Donald Trump over mental health. An analysis by AFP journalists of the doctored footage, in which Pelosi appears to speak in a clumsy manner, found it had been slowed to around 75 percent of its normal speed.
