Eat Bulaga begins their first day at the new APT Studios

For nearly four decades, the longest-running noontime variety TV show in Philippine history, Eat Bulaga, has become the staple of every Filipino household with its rousing and engrossing segments with engaging hosts, including the so-called Holy Trinity of Eat Bulaga; Vic Sotto, Joey de Leon, and Senator Vicente "Tito" Sotto III.

In anticipation of the program's 40th anniversary, Eat Bulaga has moved to the newest home studio, the APT Studios, located across the Marcos Highway, Cainta, Rizal, and opened its doors to all of the dabarkads here and around the world.

Dabarkads in the Philippines and worldwide have witnessed the first day of Eat Bulaga's new home studio with some epic production numbers by the Dabarkads and the Hype Kang Bata Ka kids.

Meanwhile, in Barangay Balagtas, Tanza, Cavite, two defeated BakClashers James and Yvonna go head-to-head to see who will return to the race for seven sashes in the BakClash segment, and then, a lucky Sugod Bahay winner, named Josephine, got moved to a new home provided by Lumina Homes.

After that, all of the Dabarkads performed alongside the Broadway Boys with a special act by America's Got Talent semi-finalist Junior New System with Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza.

The first day at APT Studios concludes with prize-giving to the rest of the spectators.

When Eat Bulaga first aired at the end of July 1979, Broadcast City was their first home studio with RPN-9 (now CNN Philippines) as their home network. Then, they moved to the Celebrity Sports Plaza in 1987 until they switched to ABS-CBN's Studio 1 (now Dolphy Theater) in 1989. The show re-used the Celebrity Sports Plaza in 1994 to say farewell to ABS-CBN as they moved to their permanent network, GMA-7, and their fourth home studio of the show, Broadway Centrum, in 1995.

After 23 years of delivering rousing and engrossing segments in the heart of Broadway Centrum, the country's longest-running noontime show has moved to its new location, the APT Studios, marking a brand new beginning in Eat Bulaga's four-decade history and a template for the next generation of Dabarkads, including Baste, Ryzza Mae Dizon, and the Hype Kang Bata Ka kids.

Welcome to the next chapter of Eat Bulaga's history!

The APT Studios is located at #80 Marcos Highway, Brgy. San Isidro, Cainta, Rizal, just southeast of Manila. If you're interested to be part of Eat Bulaga history in their new home, contact 631-5501, every Mondays to Fridays at 3:00 to 5:00 PM only, Philippine Standard Time.
